Event Ticket Refund and Return Policy for Lydney Town Hall Trust

Generally, the Trust has a strict no-refund policy.
In addition tickets are not transferable without permission from the booking office.
However, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for certain situations. E.g. emergencies, tickets purchased in error etc. In any circumstances refunds cannot be made on the day of the event.

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds will be considered by our booking office for tickets purchased directly through Lydney Town Hall or our official online ticketing partners Ticket Tailor.
    • Refund requests can only be made by the recorded purchaser of the ticket(s)
    • Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event start time. Refund requests made after this period will not be honoured.
    • In case of event cancellation, all ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund.

  2. Refund Process:
    • To request a refund, please contact our booking office in person, by phone 01594 843113 or email bookings@lydneytownhall.com
    • Provide the event name your order number, the name of the ticket purchaser, and a brief explanation for the refund request.
    • There may be a fee for refunding tickets.
    • If the request is accepted then refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days, and the amount will be credited to the original method of payment.

  3. Event Rescheduling:
    • If an event is rescheduled, your original ticket will be valid for the new date.
    • If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement of the new date.

  4. Non-Refundable Tickets:
    • Certain promotional and discounted tickets may be marked as non-refundable. Please review the terms and conditions of your purchase carefully.
    • If a service fees is charged it is not generally non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation.

  5. Transfer of Tickets:
    • Tickets may not be transferred to another individual or resold on another platform such as Facebook. Please contact the booking office in person, by phone 01594 843113 or email bookings@lydneytownhall.com if considering a ticket transfer request.
    • The transfer of tickets, if permitted. cannot include resale at a price different to the original face value of the ticket.
