Once, all I cared about was being thin – this over-value on appearance being a constant stick to beat myself with.
Now I care about feeling SANE, WHOLE, FIT, STRONG and WELL! So I am on a journey to help other people whilst helping myself.
Big Beats is more than a dance meditation class – it’s a movement Movement!!!
It is designed to be inclusive to all, regardless of size, fitness level, age or gender. I especially want to encourage people with body image issues, low self-confidence and self-esteem to participate in physical exercise, in the form dance meditation for both physical and emotional health.
